‘KICK Adults is a free 6 weeks course that is run twice a week in the KICK Academy in Mountain Park.

KICK Adults aim to improve adults physical health and mental wellbeing by combining kickboxing techniques and healthy lifestyle activities. Adults will meet weekly with a KICK coach who will deliver kickboxing sessions. Participants will also meet with a fitness and nutritional expert to deliver the second session of the week. By the end of the programme, relationships will be established and participants can be signposted to other services, such as sporting clubs, educational courses or well-being programmes in the community’
